ME Market Days by Mercha Exchange are community-focused outdoor market events designed to bring together small businesses, makers, vendors, food and beverage vendors, food trucks, and local shoppers.
This page is for vendors who are interested in booth opportunities for future ME Market Days events.
Vendor Booth Options
ME Market Days may offer different booth options depending on event location, space availability, setup needs, City of Lincoln requirements, and approval.
All vendors must be reviewed and approved before participating.
Bring Your Own Setup
Vendors who bring their own setup provide their own:
- 10x10 tent/canopy
- Tent weights
- Table
- Chairs
- Signage
- Product displays
- Booth materials
- Payment method
- Setup and teardown support
Important: Tent stakes are not allowed in City park spaces. Approved vendors must use proper tent weights.
ME Booth Setup Package
ME Market may offer a limited number of booth setup packages for vendors who need additional support.
ME Booth Setup Packages may include:
- 10x10 canopy tent
- One table
- Two chairs
- Assigned booth number
- ME setup before the event
- ME teardown after the event
Availability is limited and must be requested, approved, and paid for in advance.
Booth Pricing
Booth pricing is currently being updated based on City of Lincoln park permit requirements, event location, setup needs, and availability.
Final booth pricing will be confirmed before payment is requested.
Potential booth options may include:
- 10x10 booth space — bring your own setup
- 10x10 ME Booth Setup Package
- Nonprofit or community booth option
Food and beverage vendors, including food trucks and drink trucks, may be reviewed through a separate food and beverage vendor process.
ME Market Days booth pricing may include the required City of Lincoln vendor Permit to Conduct Business fee when applicable.
Approved vendors are still responsible for completing their own City of Lincoln Permit to Conduct Business form as required.
Payment & Invoicing
Approved vendors will receive an invoice by email for their booth space and any approved add-on options.
Booth space is not reserved until payment is received and all required vendor information has been completed.
Invoice details may include:
- Booth type
- Event date
- Event location
- Booth fee
- Any approved setup package or add-on fees
- Any applicable City permit-related fees
- Payment due date
Final event participation is subject to approval, completed payment, required permits, and compliance with ME Market Days Vendor Rules & Booth Setup Guidelines.
City Permit Requirements
Because ME Market Days are planned for City of Lincoln park spaces, approved vendors may be required to complete City permit requirements before participating.
Current requirements may include:
- Vendor Permit to Conduct Business
- Food handler or food vendor licensing, if applicable
- Approval to sell during the event
- Compliance with City park rules and ME Market Days event guidelines
- Proof or copy of completed City permit submission, if requested
Food and beverage vendors are responsible for having the appropriate licensing required for their business type.
Alcohol and weapons are not allowed.
ME Members vs. Event-Only Vendors
ME Market members may receive discounted booth pricing, early notice of booth opportunities, and additional promotional consideration depending on membership level and event availability.
Event-only vendors are welcome to apply for individual ME Market Days opportunities without becoming ongoing ME Market members.

Event Details
ME Market Days events are generally planned to run on Saturdays from:
10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Vendor setup and teardown details will be provided before each approved event.
Dates, locations, booth maps, setup times, and event instructions may vary by event.

Submitting a vendor booth interest form does not guarantee acceptance, booth placement, premium placement, event participation, category exclusivity, or promotional placement.
Booth availability, pricing, setup packages, permit requirements, and event details may vary by event, location, and approval.
