Mercha Exchange and ME Market are currently designed to help shoppers discover small businesses, makers, creators, vendors, service providers, and independent sellers online and in person.

Some seller profiles on ME Market may include links to outside websites, shops, social media pages, order forms, or third-party platforms where shoppers can purchase directly from the seller.

Purchases Made Through Outside Seller Websites

Purchases completed through a seller’s own website, shop, social page, order form, or third-party platform are handled directly by that seller.

Mercha Exchange does not manage outside seller shipping, delivery, pickup arrangements, fulfillment, tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, or customer service.

If you purchased from a seller outside of ME Market checkout, please contact that seller directly regarding shipping times, shipping costs, delivery options, pickup arrangements, tracking information, delays, lost packages, damaged items, or fulfillment questions.

Seller Shipping Responsibility

Sellers listed on ME Market are responsible for clearly communicating their own shipping, delivery, pickup, fulfillment, return, refund, and exchange policies to buyers.

Sellers are expected to provide accurate product information, communicate professionally, and make reasonable efforts to resolve buyer concerns related to shipping or fulfillment.

Local Pickup or Event Purchases

Some sellers may offer local pickup, event pickup, delivery, or in-person purchases at ME Market Days or other events.

Any local pickup, event pickup, delivery, or in-person arrangement is handled directly between the buyer and the seller unless otherwise stated in writing by Mercha Exchange.

Buyers should confirm pickup details, event location, timing, and seller policies before completing a purchase.

When Mercha Exchange May Review a Concern

If a buyer has contacted a seller directly about a shipping or fulfillment concern and has not received a response or reasonable resolution, Mercha Exchange may review the concern as part of our Buyer Trust Policy.

Mercha Exchange may request order details, proof of purchase, tracking information, screenshots, messages, dates of communication, and other information related to the concern.

While Mercha Exchange may not be able to control, refund, replace, or ship items purchased through outside seller websites or third-party platforms, we reserve the right to review seller conduct and take action regarding the seller’s standing on ME Market.

Future ME Market Checkout

In the future, Mercha Exchange may offer ME Market checkout for sellers who choose to sell directly through the platform.

If a purchase is completed directly through ME Market checkout, shipping and fulfillment terms may depend on the seller’s stated shipping policy and any additional ME Market checkout terms provided at that time.

Any applicable shipping, delivery, fulfillment, return, refund, payment processing, or transaction fee terms will be clearly explained before ME Market checkout is offered.
