ME Market by Mercha Exchange offers seller memberships designed to help small businesses, makers, creators, vendors, service providers, and independent sellers gain more visibility online and in person.
These Seller Membership Terms explain how ME Market memberships are intended to work as the platform grows.
Membership Purpose
ME Market memberships are designed to provide sellers with access to visibility, seller profile opportunities, marketplace promotion, market event opportunities, and seller-focused support.
Memberships are not a guarantee of sales, traffic, event approval, or buyer purchases. Mercha Exchange works to create visibility and opportunity, but sellers remain responsible for their own products, services, customer service, fulfillment, and business operations.
Membership Levels
ME Market may offer different seller membership levels, including:
Starter Seller
For sellers who want a basic seller profile, website or social links, directory placement, and monthly visibility snapshot.
Market Member
For sellers who want seller visibility plus discounted booth pricing and early access to ME Market Days when available.
Featured Member
For sellers who want stronger visibility opportunities, priority placement when available, seller spotlight opportunities, and enhanced promotional support.
Membership benefits may vary by level and may be updated as ME Market grows.
Monthly and Annual Memberships
Sellers may have the option to choose monthly or annual membership billing.
Annual memberships may be offered at a discounted rate compared to paying month-to-month. Annual membership pricing is intended to reward sellers who commit to a full year of participation.
Unless otherwise stated, annual membership fees are paid upfront.
No Guaranteed Sales
ME Market is designed to help sellers become more visible, but Mercha Exchange does not guarantee sales, revenue, buyer traffic, event attendance, social media results, website clicks, or business growth.
Seller results may vary based on product type, pricing, photos, customer demand, seller communication, market participation, outside promotion, and other factors.
Seller Profile Pages
Eligible sellers may receive a seller profile page or directory listing on ME Market.
Seller profile pages may include business name, description, product or service category, photos, website links, social links, service area, and upcoming ME Market Days participation.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying Mercha Exchange if updates are needed.
Outside Website Sales
If a shopper discovers a seller through ME Market and completes a purchase through the seller’s own website, shop, social page, order form, or third-party platform, Mercha Exchange does not take a transaction fee from that outside sale.
Purchases completed outside ME Market are handled directly by the seller.
Future ME Market Checkout
In the future, Mercha Exchange may offer ME Market checkout for sellers who do not have their own online checkout or want to sell directly through the platform.
If a seller chooses to use ME Market checkout, additional transaction fees, payment processing fees, payout terms, refund rules, and order responsibilities may apply. These terms will be provided before a seller uses ME Market checkout.
Discounted Booth Pricing
Eligible membership levels may receive discounted booth pricing for participating ME Market Days or other marketplace events.
Discounted booth pricing does not guarantee event acceptance, booth availability, preferred placement, or participation in every event.
Event participation may depend on space, category mix, seller eligibility, deadlines, venue requirements, and event rules.
Seller Conduct
Sellers must follow ME Market Seller Standards, Buyer Trust Policy, event rules, and any applicable platform or venue requirements.
Mercha Exchange reserves the right to review, pause, or cancel a seller membership if the seller violates marketplace standards, provides misleading information, receives repeated unresolved complaints, acts unprofessionally, or harms the trust of ME Market.
Membership Cancellation
Sellers may request to cancel their membership according to the cancellation process provided by Mercha Exchange.
Monthly memberships may be canceled before the next billing period, unless otherwise stated.
Annual memberships may be subject to specific cancellation or refund terms. Mercha Exchange may review annual membership refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially if services, profile setup, promotions, or event benefits have already been provided.
Changes to Memberships
As ME Market grows, Mercha Exchange may update membership features, pricing, benefits, rules, or terms.
Mercha Exchange will make reasonable efforts to communicate major membership changes to sellers.
