Refund policy
Mercha Exchange is building ME Market as a seller-first platform designed to help small businesses, makers, creators, vendors, service providers, and independent sellers get discovered online and in person.
At this time, ME Market primarily serves as a discovery platform, seller directory, and seller-interest platform. Purchases completed through outside seller websites, shops, social pages, order forms, or third-party platforms are handled directly by the individual seller.
Outside Seller Purchases
If you discover a seller through ME Market and complete your purchase through that seller’s own website, shop, social page, order form, or third-party platform, the transaction is between you and that seller.
Mercha Exchange does not manage or control outside seller checkout systems, payments, shipping, fulfillment, returns, refunds, exchanges, product quality, customer service, or seller policies.
Buyers should review each seller’s return, refund, exchange, shipping, and customer service policies before making a purchase.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
For purchases completed outside of ME Market checkout, all return, refund, exchange, shipping, delivery, pickup, and customer service questions must be directed to the seller from whom the purchase was made.
Each seller is responsible for clearly communicating and honoring their own policies.
Mercha Exchange is not responsible for issuing refunds, processing returns, replacing items, managing exchanges, or resolving payment disputes for purchases completed outside of ME Market checkout.
Buyer Concerns
If you have a concern about a seller discovered through ME Market, please contact the seller directly first and give them a reasonable opportunity to respond.
If you have already contacted the seller and have not received a response or reasonable resolution, you may contact Mercha Exchange through our Contact page.
Mercha Exchange may review concerns under our Buyer Trust Policy and may take action regarding a seller’s standing on ME Market when needed to protect marketplace trust. This may include contacting the seller, requesting more information, pausing a seller profile, or removing a seller from ME Market.
Submitting a buyer concern to Mercha Exchange does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or financial reimbursement.
Seller Membership Fees
Seller membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Monthly memberships may be canceled to stop future billing, but cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Annual memberships are generally non-refundable once membership benefits, seller profile setup, promotional placement, or directory access have begun. Annual cancellation stops future renewal unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

ME Market Days and Vendor Booth Fees
Vendor booth fees, event participation fees, sponsorships, or promotional fees related to ME Market Days may have separate refund and cancellation terms based on the event, date, location, and vendor agreement.
Any event-specific terms will be shared before payment is collected.
Future ME Market Checkout
If ME Market offers direct checkout in the future, return, refund, exchange, shipping, and dispute terms for purchases completed through ME Market checkout may be updated or provided separately.
Until ME Market checkout is active, purchases made through outside seller websites, shops, social pages, order forms, or third-party platforms remain the responsibility of the individual seller.
