ME Market by Mercha Exchange helps shoppers discover small businesses, makers, creators, vendors, service providers, and independent sellers.

Some seller profiles on ME Market may include links to outside websites, shops, social media pages, order forms, or third-party platforms where shoppers can learn more or make a purchase directly from the seller.

Purchases Completed Outside ME Market

If a shopper clicks a seller link and completes a purchase through the seller’s own website, shop, social page, order form, or third-party platform, that purchase is made directly with the seller.

Mercha Exchange does not control outside seller websites, checkout systems, payment processors, shipping methods, refund policies, return policies, exchanges, product fulfillment, or customer service.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for managing their own outside sales.

This includes:

Product descriptions
Pricing
Checkout
Payments
Order confirmation
Shipping
Delivery
Pickup arrangements
Custom order details
Refunds
Returns
Exchanges
Customer service
Business policies

Sellers are expected to communicate professionally, represent their products honestly, and make reasonable efforts to resolve buyer concerns.

No Mercha Transaction Fee on Outside Website Sales

If a shopper discovers a seller through ME Market and completes their purchase through the seller’s own outside website, shop, or order page, Mercha Exchange does not take a transaction fee from that sale.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers should review the seller’s website, policies, product details, shipping information, return policy, and contact information before making a purchase.

If a buyer has a question or concern about an order completed outside ME Market, the buyer should contact the seller directly first.

When Mercha Exchange May Review a Concern

If a buyer has already contacted the seller and has not received a response or reasonable resolution, Mercha Exchange may review the concern as part of our Buyer Trust Policy.

Mercha Exchange may contact the seller, request information, review documentation, and take action regarding the seller’s standing on ME Market if needed.

Important Note

Mercha Exchange may not be able to reverse, refund, or control purchases completed through outside seller websites or third-party platforms.

However, we reserve the right to protect the trust of ME Market by reviewing seller conduct and taking action when sellers do not meet marketplace standards.

At the same time, sellers are expected to take accountability for their customer experience and maintain the trust that makes ME Market work.
